The Oval Pool hold a very good head of large Carp,  Mirror and Commons, running well into double figures.other species are also to be found such as Roach Tench Bream. All pegs are easily accessable and comfortable to fish.

In the summer months the pool is surrounded by Beds of Wild Irises and Rushes affording pleanty of cover to the angler  The Margins fish well for the Carp which feed freely omong the Rushes. There are also good sized Lilly pads along the length of the pool which give feature to fish to if you prefer. Fish too close and the chances are the Carp will have you in the Lilly pads very quickly !!.

The lake is situated approximatly 400 yards walk from the car park
